I know it’s a choice to be happy. I’m grateful that I have a choice. I just don’t know why it’s so hard to believe it right now.

Your addiction is getting desperate. It is trying every trick in the book to get you to pick up that bottle. You are stronger than that. Patience, self care, and honesty will lead you to the happiness.
