It’s a good day to be sober and work on hobbies. Day 5 with no alcohol and staying strong! One of my hobbies is building and painting Warhammer 40K models. Painting is a lot easier when you’re sober and it’s a great distraction. What are some of your favorite hobbies/distractions Loosid community?

I’m right there with ya! Just passed my 3 months sober mark and for the past couple weeks I’ve been reigniting my first addiction which was baseball cards lol. I’ve been sifting through thousands and thousands of them pulling and protecting the valuable ones and couldn’t be happier. Enjoying something like that while working on my recovery is a very helpful thing.

Great stuff! I’ve gotten back into action figure collecting now that I don’t burn all my money on alcohol!
