Ugh I wasn’t drinking I had 91 days. I’m drinking again. I want to stop and never go back. I’m just frustrated, with myself

Hi Kelley - Be sure to give yourself some grace. We all fall down. 91 days shows that you have the strength…You can get back up and start again.

You didn’t lose all those days.. what you learned can not be taken away. Be frustrated, own it, feel it and start again. As JS said give yourself some grace. Sobriety isn’t easy, the hard is what makes it worth it!

AA has the best Sergeant at Arms, it’s called alcohol. Lol, people are free to leave and alcohol chases them back into the program. But I have seen it work minor miracles every day.
