It’s amazing the level of excuses, justifications, and mental gymnastics my addict brain can come up with when I get a craving. Ive found it helpful to think of that part of my brain as an obnoxious drunk guy at the bar that can’t take no for an answer.
So far tonight I’ve had to say out loud, “Look, buddy! I said no, I mean no. Back off!” :joy:

It literally makes me feel insane lol. Separating from it helps a ton though, when it’s a drooling slurring drunk guy saying “Come onnnnn, nobody would even know! hiccup:joy:
