It’s been a rough week. Seems like everything at work and home went to pot.
Hate weeks like that. What do you usually do to cope with rough weeks? My favorite is to take myself out to a nice dinner and hit a Luckiest Club meeting. Usually brings me to closer to center, then it’s usually bed to early.
I like to try and say what I want in the positive tense versus what I don’t want in the negative tense… for example “I want to Live” versus “I don’t want to die”… so “It hasn’t been an easy week” is maybe what we could say.
It happens just stay strong and never give up or give in. Best of wishes
That is what weekends are for...recharge, put yourself in a positive mindset...what can I do to make next week better? I am finding that it really does help to reach out and help someone else when I am feeling down or defeated. Keep on, keepin' on. You can do this. Even if its for an hour at a time.
