I can’t honestly believe it’s been a whole month since I’ve picked up a bottle.. I can’t believe it’s been one month since I’ve woken up to a liquid breakfast followed by a liquid lunch and dinner.. I can’t believe it’s been one month since those pint bottles collecting in my car have been gone.. I can’t believe it’s been one month since I decided to take control of my life.. and only by the grace of God have I been able to make it this far

Congratulations on one month. It gets better too. Sometimes before it gets better it gets a little scary at times but eventually in the big picture it gets better.
I hope you're going to the meetings and getting into the 12 steps. Remember, drinking was but a symptom of our problem. We have to get down to causes and conditions.

One month is huge! My first month was so challenging with the emotions fluctuating and the ill feelings of failure and self worth. Keep going!! We all can do this!!!!
