It’s been one of those tough mental weeks with lots

It’s been one of those tough mental weeks with lots of lows for really no good reason. But, that doesn’t mean that there aren’t tons of things to be thankful for:

  1. I hit 30 days sober for the first time since drinking 18 years ago. Super proud of myself. It was no walk in the park.

  2. I’m surrounded by family and friends that support me and continue to check on my growth.

  3. I’ve pushed myself hard in the gym and I’m seeing positive results both in my physical and mental health because of it.

  4. When I’m down, I journal and talk to friends instead of drowning myself in poison. Huge positive change in how I handle the “downs” compared to months before now.

  5. The universe has been good to me and there is a whole world of possibilities ahead for me to take action on.
