ScarAway Silicone Scar Sheets if they are recent and Mederma Advanced Scar Gel? It takes 4-6 weeks to start seeing any improvement though. Hope this helps

Don't beat yourself up over them. You've survived a heck of a battle. And a hard fight if you were an IV user. While I don't have any similar scars, I've got plenty of war wounds from the nights of just trying to outlive my stupidity and these days when I notice them, I'm humbled and grateful that I'm still around to display them.
