It was a good day. I need to be more patient with the things I cannot control and more thankful for life.

Powerlessness is hard. We are powerless over our addiction as well as and sometimes more than people places and things as well as their opinions and actions. That’s been very hard for me this week too. Gratitude is the best key. I often stop and look around at my home, paid bills, full refrigerator and my child I still have custody’s about and that usually helps remind me that God will help me through it and I’m powerless for a reason. Hang in there!

Absolutely. Know where it comes from and realize it shows up even at our lowest.
