I had a tough day too, but the minute I let go and not think with my feelings. I come to understand that it can get better this next minute. One moment and one day at a time)
Even the best of us have those days, but I understand it's harder on us fighting vices and dealing with life problems. That's when I surrender myself to my higher power which I do daily and I always find peace and strength to keep going.
