Its hard not to drink on a Monday when I'm

Its hard not to drink on a Monday when I'm so used to doing it. I feel like Monday is a hard day and I need to drown it out. Nothing actually hard happened today but my brain is telling me "it was tough, have a drink and you'll feel better"

Of course, you won't actually feel better, then Tues, will feel as hard as Monday and so on down the week. What opportunities can you find to overcome this challenge. Each challenge presents us with an opportunity. What opportunities do you have here?
