One day at a time...can you find a meeting? They really have helped me...pray to your higher power...he can give you the strength to resist those cravings.. I used meth for about 30 plus yrs and I no longer have those cravings. . Been clean almost 90 days. ..only by the Grace of God.. these are the things that have changed my life ..I hope this helps you
