Its proven that is addicts cant get sober by our willpower. We have all failed again and again. I believe there must be a highpower which helps me. I think of that power as the grace of god or creator. Today and everyday I smudge and pray that my thoughts are controlled and that any worries or fears of the day are taken from me.

I like that. Bottom line is that there isn't just one way that works for everyone, but everyone has a way that works, they just have to continue to work the way that works for them.....keep up the good work😉
