It's so hard trying to do things the right way I've known one thing for the last 16 years tell 10/8/21 I couldn't take it anymore but I can't coat my thoughts anymore and I gotta deal with the demons that I've come so close with

The hard is what makes the outcome great. Knowing you faced those demons and beat them back is a solid victory! Keep it up my man.

If you’ve not utilized therapy I highly recommend it. If we don’t heal the mind we can’t conquer the addiction. It hurts more before it heals!

Thank you all so much I have 3 kids that help me keep pushing everyday don't have much time to even think most of the time but the small time I do is when it's the worst
