Its so hard when ur children are growing up without you. Ive done so much damage by not being present and i know its gonna take time and continuous positive actions to try to mend that. But im feeling so depressed about it rn.

I've been there and I understand and I also have experience just doing the next right thing not picking up one day at a time doing it for yourself you'll gain the strength for them to see where it took you and what you're doing to stay present in their life when that time come
