You are welcome. You got this. Just make it through the day. If you can lay your head down on your pillow sober.. then not only have you been victorious over the day, you've conquered the day. All we ask is one day at a time.

Yea sir .I only cal do it one day at a time it's easier for me. Even a hour at a time .and the serenity Prayer works all the time.
