I've been drinking again for some months. Worse than that its been secret drinking. Totally abusing the trust of my wife. It is now known. Today is the start of sobriety. I can't say i am confident

This is a we thing! The journey to sobriety takes help. Look into detox and a program. The trust can be rebuilt hopefully, but it will take total surrender on your part. You can do it man.

Take it one day at a time I know it sounds annoying but that's what I always tell myself. Just today I'm not gonna drink. Maybe tomorrow I will who knows but today I'm not going to.
