I've been sober 10 days and it's hard to sleep. I've been working out to tire out my body but that doesn't even seem to help anymore.

Sleep is always a struggle when you’re first getting sober, just keep up your routine and it will eventually get better. If anything you can try things like melatonin or listening to a sleep meditation at night. Congrats on your 10 days!
It gets easier- the first 30 days are an adjustment for sure- just keep at it!
Work on the mind as well. Gotta wear them both out.
