I've been sober for years and all of the sudden

I've been sober for years and all of the sudden I hit this wall of depression and exhaustion. Not sure what to do.

Get back to your roots. Get honest and ask for help! Get back to the basics if you feel you need too!

I agree with Daniel. When we get complacent we need to change person, place, or things. Maybe go to a new meeting, if you did the step work, redo 4/5. Good luck! Hope you get it all worked out.

A funk is normal to go through sometimes. You may have to power through it, or "fake it till you make it." It may help to take a step back and refocus.

Thank you all for your positive encouragement, I really needed that.

Hey Shelby. First, I gotta congratulate you on the 3 plus years of sobriety you have  . Next, I think it’s great that you recognize that you’re struggling, rather than keep going down the path of destruction. Finally, how amazing that you are reaching out and asking for help!!! I had a lot of years and the relapsed. It was horrifically painful to me and my loved ones. You got great advice above. Wish I had done what you are doing. It’s your choice. You know what to do
