Hey Jimmy- is there a local meeting near you? Do you have a sponsor? When you left detox, was there anyone there you connected to that you can reach out to? And if you can’t go, have you looked into online meetings? It’s awesome you reached out- and there plenty of people who believe in you- you can do this!

Meetings changed my experience of recovery! If you can try going to one or two everyday it may really help!

You hitting any meeting and been chatting with your therapist? It’s not easy man and I realize that I can’t do this myself
If you want to reach out man hit up
You are not alone today!! :facepunch::facepunch::facepunch:

My suggestion is to go back to detox and be completely honest about your drinking and meds. And rehab did wonders for me. 2-5 days just to get it out of your system isn't always enough, especially if you don't follow it up with some kind of recovery program. I love aa but it's not for everyone..however you'll never know if you don't try a few meetings.

Coming out of detox can feel shaky, so leaning on support right away makes a huge difference. Go to meetings or call someone who’s sober that can help. You’re here talking about it and that’s the best part.

It’s just rly hard cause I’m completely alone…like I know that sounds so depressing but it’s true and idk how to go about sobriety alone

That's a dangerous mix. I started hallucinating while self medicating beer and shots and my esophagus is bruised and acid reflux and I still think about having a drink crazy right I did 13 years sobriety now 6 months. Hang in there :muscle:

Reach out ur making right choice
