Unfortunately the steps aren’t something you just go through as quickly as possible and then that somehow cures the addiction. It’s all about time, dedication and understanding. Yes you are back in the driver seat however many roads are still closed and detours must be taken until those roads open up. And as that happens and you get farther along in your journey eventually you’ll have nothing but open road in front of you and you can take any route you’d like…accept backwards, keep your eyes out of the rear view mirror because all of that is being left behind
