I go to CR. I love it but as with anything depends on individual experience as well as the group, how it is led and who by. I have yet to do a step study and I know that is an important part of truly leveraging the best of what their system embodies.

Just keep an open mind man. Allow yourself to be a little vulnerable to what's going on.
EMBRACE THE PROCESS AND BE WILLING TO LEARN HOW TO STAY SOBER AND LEARN HOW TO LIVE THAT WAY. RECOVERY IS REAL. IM IN YEAR 36. Life is not easy. But doable. YOU CAN DO THIS
