I am now back sober 18 days . I last got sober in 1999. I am numb . No urge to drink, bored out of my mind. Questioning every decision I have ever made.
You gotta get out there an do some things my man. I just got back from sober living and I'm bored out my mind in my apartment too. I'm moving outta here though and I was instructed to get with a SMART program where I'm going....they're kind of like an AA/NA that actually meets up and does things like rock climbing, hiking, etc. There are other options too that's just the one friends have recommended. Check it out ...hope this helps man.

Thanks It does. I am just absolutely not interested in anything right now. The only thing keeping me active besides a very physical job is my dog.
