Great job. You started front the ground up on revamping yourself which is what many of us have to do in order to iron out the behaviors (myself included). But what an awesome transformation and gift to ourselves to give completely to the process!! Keep pushing!

Congratulations! That is huge! It’s a challenge but when I put myself in treatment I would always share and one thing I’ve done is give myself a challenge and I don’t give up when I say Iam going to do something now I do it!! Before I said I would and hurt a lot of family members especially ïżŒmy granddaughter!! She is my heart and love and couldn’t imagine my life without her!! And now I also have two grandsons ïżŒïżŒthat I have in my life and with them Iam whole!! But never would’ve been if I didn’t change my life!!

Thank you for your bravery and willingness to share! This is a problem EVERY WHERE we look and if people were encouraged to seek help for the sickness that IT IS
. Just like cancer 
. I feel a lot more lives could be saved ! No one should feel ashamed for needing help and seeking it. The shame comes when they turn their back and refuse to acknowledge it!! So proud and happy for you !!
