Jessica — you are amazing!

4 days sober. Recently found out I have Bipolar2 as well. Alcohol use disorder usually accompanies it, in about half of bipolar folks.

Knowledge is power and I hope to be where you are now, in a couple of years. Thanks for the hope and inspiration. I feel so not alone on this app. Thrive together!

Amazing, thank you for sharing your story with the community.

Wow! This for sharing.

Way to go! Keep up the great work. Enjoy life. It’s beautiful if we make it so. Congratulations on your sobriety. May blessings find their way to you. Awesome that you are coaching others and are turning your struggle into such a solid and successful life.

What a great story! So happy you are living your life!

Proud of you

Bravo my dear!

Wow. Nice work. You’re beautiful. You do hard things in this life!

Happy for you !!

Thank you for your amazing story. I can relate on so many levels. I work in a high school for 23 years and have drank everyday. I now have 142 days sober because of stories like yours! Thank you for sharing

Amazing I am trying to figure out if there are ways to do recovery coach work privately or places to advertise that don’t cost a million dollars. I was a certified peer recovery specialist but had to take a promotion to try and get more money and I still cannot survive I’m working my way through college it would be nice to do it on the side or something. I’m proud of you way to go I have a similar story but I’m the one who almost died five years ago from heroin giving me a spine infection or shooting up did probably I was hospitalized 3 more times before getting committed on a cd commitment which saved my life fortunately I’m 3 months from graduating with my bachelors in social work and plan to go directly to my master in social work after!

What were you in the hospital for?

amazing so happy for you hopefully it will happen to me again, soon :pray:

Love this. I've thought about taking a similar path, career in addiction counseling (eventually), relocating, not because I have to. Rather, because it's something my soul has been longing for for a long time.

I admire your choice of career and I think Babe of old Kentucky… you is mighty lucky:love_you_gesture::pray::rose:
