I know the feeling. Over the past 17 months since I have been sober gained about 40 lbs. now working on getting fit. Never knew alcohol had so much sugar as I drank vodka on the rocks. No wine.

Let us know how that works. Tried to get my daughter to join. Heck, maybe I’ll join. Looks kind of interesting. Although, took me a lifetime to get my great physical pudgyness. Hi ho.
