Recently started journaling and it has been so nice just to be able to write down my thoughts and feelings and deal with them that way
Before, I would just overthink and negative thoughts would fill my head. Now I have a safe place to organize any thoughts I might not want floating around in my brain and finally put them to rest.
I used to do a lot of creative writing back in school but stopped due to depression and other issues. I'm so glad to be doing one of my favorite things again
The way I see it is - if I can write it, I can fight it.
