Journaling has been so helpful

Recently started journaling and it has been so nice just to be able to write down my thoughts and feelings and deal with them that way :relieved:

Before, I would just overthink and negative thoughts would fill my head. Now I have a safe place to organize any thoughts I might not want floating around in my brain and finally put them to rest.

I used to do a lot of creative writing back in school but stopped due to depression and other issues. I'm so glad to be doing one of my favorite things again :writing_hand:

The way I see it is - if I can write it, I can fight it. :muscle:

Yes yes yes! Journaling has changed my life! I first start off with a message to my higher power. I turn my will over to GOD. Then I get right into my gratitude list. Then I’m either talking about yesterday or what I’m going to do today. Then comes the manifesting part it my life. I list the thinks I would like to have by saying thank you for them as if I already have them. I’ve been journaling since 1-06-20. It feels so good. I’m at the point I feel off if I forget to or didn’t make enough time in my morning.
