66 days clean and still going jus been busy an battling the addiction to nicotine- After 34 yrs its hard tbh, not gonna lie on that. So i bought the nicotine gum at 4mg and some Altoids to take the edge off. I am not gonna lie, i did buy a pack of “Pall Mall” lights two days ago an had nothing today up until about 3p an then i flipped out an ended up getting the gum as i only had 1 so far an i am trying to keep it like that tbh. One hour at a time as i try to stay vigilant as well an keep myself busy as i have been. It isnt easy especially 34 yrs of nicotine use, but i have 100% Faith in God and trying every day as i can. I also know i am not perfect far from but i dont quit on quitting.
