Just came across this app and thought it would be nice to connect with a sober community. I didn't realize things like this existed. I have an insta account that's mainly pics not much communication no f.b. found it to be very unhealthy. I've been super-blessed in my 17 years of sobriety and still find room to grow every day.

Welcome Vincent! I’ve been on here for the past few months. It’s a wonderful addition to my recovery. There are more beginners than old timers. It would be great if you could share some of your experience, strength, and hope with us. 17 years is amazing!

Thank you for the welcome. Sharing is exactly why I'm here and if I have anything that anyone could use,it theirs. I'm excited to see so many who have started this journey. I admit at times it can be scary but I've always known that I'm not alone. Physically and spiritually if I relinquish my control ( which I've never really had lol) and ask for help its there. Plus it becomes easier to recognize your own b.s. !

Isn't that the truth. I mean, until we're physically gone our nose,ears and ability to learn something new keeps on growing. Thank you for welcoming. It already seems like this might be a good place to be a part of. Positivity, Positivity, Positivity, sure makes life more enjoyable.

Time goes by so fast. My first few years of course it was a thought about goal and then it just became a part of my new life.
Not so much that I let my guard down because I know me and I'm a sneaky one! Just that time eludes us all and before ya know it here you are.
