Just curious....When I was in my program a counselor taught me an exercise that has helped me so much. I journal ALOT and EVERYDAY before I do anything I write in my journal 3 things I am grateful for. The trick to this exercise is that no day can have the same 3 things. Each day makes you really have to think. (Example: I am grateful i can sit up in bed. Some people so not have that luxury due to their circumstances) Has anyone else heard of this paticular exercise?

It sounds like a great tool. I will have to start this. My alcohol counselor has suggested this to me. WTG🎉
