Just found out my counselor is out of network. Ugh, what to do now.

Ask if they could recommend somebody that is in your network. That’s how I found my therapist… I knew I needed one and was overwhelmed with the options and also scared because I was new to therapy, heard that sometimes you need to see a few different ones to finally find the one that you like. Well I really liked my psychiatrist and ask her one day if she personally knew of a therapist that she thought I would work well with. She gave me her personal recommendation and she was spot on with it.
