Just got out of treatment at 9:20 yesterday morning… still sober but heavy thoughts of using. I am scared shitless

I’m sure everyone on here can relate. What helped me the most to relieve temptation is finding a hobby, meditating, and sometimes even just talking someone is nice. I look forward to connecting with people I can relate with. It’s helps with being lonely or lost, because WE are not alone. You are a beautiful soul, don’t let the alcohol take that away from you. Don’t let alcohol win
