I went into service as much as possible and focused on and practice what I learned. I also go back once a month and visit my IOP group. I was there voluntarily however I am sober support for a few guys and they seem to enjoy the same. It gives the current members hope :call_me_hand:t3:

  1. Congrats on completing IOP! That’s awesome!
  2. I agree with @john360317. Find a home group if you don’t already have one. That’s made all the difference for me!

Kelli, I’m going to be direct so you know exactly what to fill your time with. And so you create a happy life in sobriety.

  1. Go to AA/NA/meetings everyday and night. 90 different meetings in 90 days. So you find the meetings you really enjoy and people you connect to with.
  2. Find a sponsor and do the 12 steps thoroughly.
  3. Take direction and help out when you can.
*Keep it simple. Don’t give yourself time to get sideways. Just go and don’t stop until you’re strong, peaceful and solid in your sobriety.
I’m here if you want to talk
