Just having weird day

Started off by waking up at 5am so I could workout at 6am which felt great but I feel off. It’s that same feeling when I thought a drink would help. But I know it will only solve a temporary problem by causing more long term problems.

The pink cloud is wearing off. More work to do. I will not drink with you today.

Do you do upon awaken pg 86-88? Helps me get grounded and the day turns out great. I have bad moments but no bad days.

Everything is temporary.
And right, drinking will make everything worse.

I’m trying a new morning routine. Workout/reading/meditation. Not sure which order yet but a combo of them. Are you referring to the big book pages 66-68?

You’re right. I’m adjusting to dealing with emotions instead of numbing them. It’s tough. Drinking WILL only make things worse.
