Just hit my 1 year on the 1st. So much better, (mental, emotional and physical health) still so lost. Grateful to be better equipped to handle it but life man, am I right?

Coming up on my second anniversary and for me year two has been so much easier. Like my first year I was going through every event, holiday, and activity for the first time without alcohol. Coming through the second time was so much easier. Life just keeps getting better and the obsession weakens too. Congratulations. Keep up the good work. It so works if you work it.

Congratulations. I’m very curious what kind of changes happen during the year. I hope it comes w a lot of feelings of relief. Keep it up sis!
