Just in a lot of pain 😣 my sciatic nerve

Just in a lot of pain :persevere: my sciatic nerve is acting up in my leg and it's hard fa me too walk and I prayed and cryed and prayed and cryed and prayed and cryed and still the pain intense came in 5 days of this ask a nurse what to do and I followed her advice but the pain keeps coming and I now have a appointment with my primary coming up after Christmas but my pain is server and so I called her office but she's out on leave and they say she will get too me at her earliest convenience
But when I stand up to bend my nee or walk or do anything or nothing at all that pain hits me like no other keep me in your prayers that I make it through this it's a bad one yet and I don't know what caused it I just came home and did my everyday routine head off to bed and the pain came in like woahhhhhh '
So yeah this pain fa me in 2023 but at least the hold year was mild though I miss some ball games cause it's too hot I miss some concerts cause I got sick at the last minute I took my self to at least to the movies this year had fun and out too eat with the family but nah coming to the end of 2023 I got pain like no other but altho I got pain I say it could be a lot worse and hay 2024 just may be a lot better I'm counting fa thanks fa everything recovery panel

In my recovery when I'm not using I'm getting a lot of pain
I see that today but I still would want this way tho cause pain makes progress
And stress hurt people :muscle::footprints::raised_hands::clap::pray::broken_heart::cry::gift::fireworks::heart_eyes::us::innocent::100::partying_face::yum::tada::camera_flash::newspaper::crown:

Try ice and stretching and ibuprofen all will work as anti inflammatory. Remember. Ice, ibuprofen, and stretching

Pain in leg left I went to the doctor she gave me a solution to take for 2 weeks with exercise and ice and I was dancing like with the Stars and loving it by the new year '

Look up the piriformis muscle. Then, poke around in the buttcheek on the side that hurts. You'll know when you find it. Get yourself a TENS unit from Amazon and look up how to use it on the piriformis muscle.
