Ugh what a night and this morning isn't any better but I'm sitting in a Dr office for some help we will see how it goes

I just watched finding Nemo and finding dory the other night. It made me think of the battle of getting back to who I really am and as long as I can remember even just a little bit before addiction I know the end will be 10xs better. So imma keep swimming until I can’t swim anymore!
