Now I’m hungry that sounds amazing. I’ve never had avocado toast. How do you make it?
Toast a piece of really tasty bread (my fav grocery store makes a garlic Tuscan bread that is to die for). Top with half of a perfectly ripe avocado (I prefer mine mashed but some people like slices). Sprinkle with whatever toppings you like (everything bagel seasoning, bacon, tomato, sprouts, eggs, the sky is the limit)
