That is such an important thing to have - someone who will listen and not judge you. I am lucky to have met that person in my AA sponsor. I told him every shameful thing I was holding onto about my drinking years and even my early sober years and he said, “I can relate.” Feel free to message me if you think you can trust me to listen without judgement. Otherwise, I hope you find someone who can listen and help ease your feelings of shame.

It’s hard believe me I know I couldn’t even love myself in my addiction but everyday I learn more by listening or even hearing people taking the time to write these comments they care I Care the mistakes are made there is nothing to do but move on and it’s starts with YOU and It starts TODAY it’s never to late as long as you’re still breathing remember that
