I did alcohol and clonazapam and pot my first go around. I get it. Not easy stopping it all. But clear headed is amazing.

Thank u so much that’s means a lot and right now what I’m going through is so painful and I don’t know what to do I found my husband cheating on me like three weeks ago and kicked me out just out of the blue and blamed me for everything that is happening so I packed my clothes and left and had to come stay with my cousin in PA in the middle of a tone of corn fields I don’t have a car I don’t work I don’t have a penny to my name for anything he really put me in a bad spot
I’m so sorry my ex husband cheated on me as well. You will be ok and will pull through this… hugs

Hi Nancy!! I thought I did all the “zapam” pills for anxiety . Missed clonazapam I guess.

It may never go away. To some degree, it certainly won't. When it seems to have gotten easy, stay going to meetings. Stay plugged in. That may be the difference between struggle and relapse.
The struggle is a good thing. That means we are winning. Embrace it.

Absolutely and now that my daughter and son-in-law are back in my life I won’t give that up for a stupid drink.

Thank u everyone it means a lot knowing there’s people out there that care and you don’t even know me…this all so very new to me I have always been the strong one to keep my family together always running to help other people to be by my husband’s side and now I need the help desperately

Lol we are neighbors! I am soooo glad we are getting this rain and cooler temps. Yes, my head is much clearer now.
