Your honesty will help keep you sober. It’s good to recognize that feeling and not push it away. What’s going on…are you feeling overwhelmed…unappreciated? These two are big for me. I have to sit and process those feelings and get to a better place. My sober buddy always says his issues always stem from romance or finance.
A meeting would be great. Prayer/meditation seems to center me and pause the downward spiral. Writing a gratitude list is helpful. Finally, think back to why you stopped in the first place. Think back to what happens to you when you start drinking, and how miserable do you feel as this disease slowly drags you down. You got this

You Don't really want to I'm not going lie it old myself I wanted to get high tonight because I was cleaning my old room out and I came across a ton of my tweaker projects and was kind of wanting to have the time to enjoy the projects but thankfully my husband didn't listen to me because I know what I stand to lose if I do it and I love the me iam today 6 1/2 months ago I couldn't say that
