Just sitting this Thursday afternoon, practicing my breathing. My anxiety is super bad that my throat starts to feel like it’s closing in, does anybody know what I can do at home besides breathing? It was so bad I went to the ER last night didn’t know if I was having a allergic reaction to the antipsychotic or having a panic attack

What did they say in the ER? Were you having a panic attack?
