Start writing goals for the next weeks, months and years ahead so you can stay focused & not think of the stuff you’re avoiding. This is where I started & writing out all ur thoughts so u can get all the garbage out to make room for creativity. May God bless you every day on your Journey, I believe in you.

Way to go Stephanie!
If you do your daily gratitude, DAILY, staying plugged in, whether it be this community, physical meetings online or over the phone I don't see how one can fail.

Those of us who do, eventually know why they fail and it usually starts with complacency and willpower. Loneliness can be a challenge but if you stay plugged in the temptation to return robthe places and faces becomes much more manageable.

Congratulations Sister. I can tell you from experience that it’s worth it. I just recently celebrated my 1 year sober anniversary. It’s the best decision I’ve ever made. I’m very proud of you!
