It’s most definitely a challenge for me I just keep telling myself one day I will be happy again as long as I struggle now one day I will look back and be grateful bc lord knows I’ve been miserable long enough so if I just struggle now it will go away and I am by no means a professional at this But the old-timers I guess she would say keep telling me this and they seem pretty happy so apparently it does get better at some point

Yes, I go. But, it’s still hard.

I gets easier as you go. Do you have a support group of ladies? I hope so. Just remember your never alone. This app is always there

Where are you at sobriety wise? Like how long have you been at this? The straight up obsession took a while for it to pretty much go. I’m at two years and it’s not completely gone. I don’t know if will ever be completely gone. It is not there on a daily basis though. For me there was definite drop offs. Biggest was at 3 months, which I think is pretty common. Then as I recall around 6-8 months, which coincided with finishing my first go through the steps. IDK it just continues to get easier as long as I stay immersed in the program. If I even stray for a few days, my old mind sets and obsessions start to come back.
