I had this issue. Not sure of your doc. Alcohol has a lot of sugar. I found myself eating more things with sugar to supplement.

Was just talking about this in another group Iām in.
Vitamin D especially in the winter time can help.
I take vitamin D
Vitamin B
Magnesium
Drink lots of water.
Some exercise(if possible)
Proper sleep schedule (solid 7 hours)
Surround yourself around positive things. Negative will drain your energy.
