Lack of sleep and motivation!

Feeling very unmotivated! Had a very hard time falling asleep! Any tips and tricks also need to remind myself it doesn’t happen overnight. Felt bad about not going to the gym and didn’t journal yesterday. Maybe I’m doing to much to quick! And need to just at this point take it day to day!

Hey Mike if your sleep cycle is off that would explain the way your feeling in my early recovery I would use two bags of sleepy time tea let it steep fro 10 min and drink before bed it will help ya sleep for me it was better then melatonin good luck stay vigilant
