A week ago, I had a lapse. I was offered some percocet, and I was in a lot of pain from rheumatoid arthritis no excuse, just facts. So I said yes. I am not going to punish myself or bathe in guilt like I normally do. I learned my lesson, and I'll be stronger if there is a next time around. Im proud of how far I've come 1 and 1/2 years sober before the lapse. I'm just going to keep moving forward with a newfound love and respect for myself

I like your attitude Roseva. I hope you have some sober support. I think there are a few meetings there

That’s the best attitude you could have had about the situation. You got back up and dusted yourself off and kept going. That shows strength and determination.
