Many times in my life too. I got on my knees and prayed crying too my higher power to release me from this bondage. I don't believe in rock bottoms because I've had them thousands of times. I wrote down why just why? Combined all the self-loathing the pain the horrific memories helped me tremendously. Try it.? Freedom from all God bless you

the drugs are gone, then yeah… this is the start. You don’t have to be excited about it. Most people aren’t. It’s uncomfortable and annoying and hard. But you’ve done hard things before. You’ve proven that.
