Last night I had 3 bud lights after 44 days of sobriety. It was after skiing n it was my birthday. Today, I feel paranoid w anxiety. I guess I really can’t handle alcohol.

Pretty sure Bud Light is just water.
Are you in a program? Do you have a sponsor? Sober support system? What are you doin to try to support yourself when you you have cravings for beer flavored water?
