Last nights I had drinking dreams. Is that a sign of coming relapse?

No, it’s a sign that you’re an addict and that you are in recovery

Nope. Just the brain getting rewired. Just a dream. Doesn’t mean anything. Just your brain screwing with ya. Lol.

Only if you let it be.

Nah… it’s the addiction trying to use all the tricks in the book to get you to drink. Sneaky sumbitch trying to use your subconscious. You are stronger! We all have using dreams from time to time.

Your an addict you’ll dream of drinking or using

Drinking dreams are part of the process! Think of them as a free pass where you don't have to pick up a white chip!

Using dreams are perfectly normal. I’m 2-1/2 years sober and I still occasionally get them. Most people I’ve talked to get them as well. Just keep to your sobriety program and you will be good

No-i’ve had many! Scary at first but I found out immediately it was super common and part of recovery.

No. I actually take it as a positive sign. You realize you have a problem and you're afraid of it happening. I've had those dreams a lot. I dream of drinking and feel guilty. But then, I wake up and realize I didn't actually drink so that's comforting.

No not at all just means that your normal

I agree with Christina. I have the occasional drinking dreams. I am comforted and relieved it is only a dream and I am no longer that person.

Nope, it isn’t. Absolutely normal to have when getting sober.

I had a dream I bought liquor sitting on a bandwagon idk y n was about to open it and got caught and Hand over the bottle

No. Don’t use it as one. I have them and I actually wake up worried. This has been such hard work refuse to give it all up.

Perfectly normal. But boy do I wake up grateful that it was only a dream!!!!

Definitely not!!! I started off right away with drinking dreams. I am proud to say I am now 10 days short of 1 year being sober..

In meditation I learned that thoughts come and go. I can entertain those thoughts, or I can let them go. No matter how much time I have spent with a thought, I can let it go without judgement or assigning it a meaning.

Nothing helps me more than Siddha Yoga. Yoga of the mind.
